Code Approval Check

Update the output cells to display "Ok" when both of the following requirements are met and "Fix" otherwise: (1) the code in column B matches the valid code in column D using a case sensitive comparison after removing any leading and trailing spaces in the code, and (2) the user name in column C matches the valid user name in column E using a case insensitive comparison WITHOUT removing any leading or trailing spaces.
