Date Code Format

Update the output cells so that each row displays a 10-character code in the exact format YYYY-MM-DD based on the year, month, and day values on the same row. The code must include leading zeros for any month or day less than 10. See Examples

Your solution should use cell references so it updates automatically if the input cells change values.
