Duplicate Entry Flag

Update the output cells to display "Duplicate" if the row's Item, User, and Day combination has appeared in any earlier row and display "New" if it is appearing for the first time. An earlier row refers to any row with a lower row number than the current row. See Examples

Your solution should use cell references so it updates automatically if the input cells change values.
