Order Totals

Update the output cells so that each row in column D shows the total cost for that order line. The total cost should equal the quantity multiplied by the item price. The item price is determined by matching the item code in column B with the equivalent item code in the table in columns F:G which contains the price for a given code. However, when matching codes, first normalize the code in column B by removing any leading or trailing spaces and converting the code to uppercase. If the cleaned code does not exist in the price list, the total cost must be 0. See Examples

Your solution should use cell references so it updates automatically if the input cells change values.
