Recent Production Average

The table lists weekly production counts for factory machines. All machines report values for Weeks 1-3, and starting in Week 4 any machine that goes offline stops reporting entirely, so its first blank week indicates that all subsequent weeks will also be blank. Update the output cells so each machine displays its average production over its last three weeks with data. See Examples

Your solution should use cell references so it updates automatically if the input cells change values.
