Update the output cells so that each order's status in column E is set to "Flag" if ANY of the following is true for that order: (1) the Qty in column D is 100 or more, (2) the Shipping text in column C contains the text "Rush" anywhere (case-insensitive), or (3) the Shipping text in column C contains the text "Exp" anywhere (case-insensitive). If none of these are true, return "OK". See Examples

Your solution should use cell references so it updates automatically if the input cells change values.
