Student Score Tier

Update the output cells so that each student is assigned a tier label based on how their score compares to all other students in the list. If they have the highest or second highest score, set to "Top". If they have the third or fourth highest score, set to "Mid". Otherwise, set to "Low". See Examples

Your solution should use cell references so it updates automatically if the input cells change values.
