Tier Payout Limits

Update the output cells so that each agent's payout is displayed which should equal their commission but constraint to the minimum and maximum pay limits applicable to their teir. Teir pay limits are defined in the table in columns G:I. See Examples

Your solution should use cell references so it updates automatically if the input cells change values.
